Located in uptown Charlotte, the eleven story, 150 room all-suite facility includes full kitchens located in each room. TAI provided extensive studies to determine the most cost-effective HVAC and electrical systems to utilize for the building. The HVAC system
features a central chilled water system with vertical fancoil units serving each suite. The hotel features a laundry, restaurant, cocktail lounge, gift shop, business center and meeting rooms. Life safety systems include an emergency generator, smoke evacuation systems and stairwell pressurization systems in accordance with the latest high-rise standards.
