This project consisted of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, sound stage and office space for a new 350,000 sq.ft.
corporate facility which specializes in the production and distribution of audio and video tapes. The HVAC systems serving duplication areas were designed for strict temperature and hmidity requirements as well as class 100,000 clean room requirements.

The sound stage and sound mastering area has strict requirements for acoustical control. The 90,000 sq.ft. office space utilized roof mounted V.A.V. systems with fan-powered V.A.V. terminals serving the perimeter.

“It was an ambitious project, with an aggressive schedule. We are certainly proud of the end product. We feel that this new building is both beautiful and functional and that, in our opinion, is a high compliment,” said Rob Edmiston, Yager project manager.
