TAI is a Consulting Engineering firm founded in 1989 to provide excellence in engineering design on all projects from the smallest assignment to the most complex facility. We provide complete design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. Our project list includes educational facilities, hospitals, laboratories, health care and assisted living complexes, office buildings, financial institutions, churches, industrial projects, and multi-family residences. Our project engineers also have experience designing humidity & temperature control systems, lighting systems, data distribution design, boiler plants, refrigeration plants, emergency and standby electric power plants, electric sub-stations and energy recovery and storage systems.
